Resolved Question: Is it illegal for a neighbor to monitor my house?

So my neighbors are convinced that me and my family are drug dealers. My kids have a lot of friends over going in and out of the house, so they assume that were drug dealers. Keep in mind that i am ALWAYS home because i am a work at home dad. Anyway, my neighbors have set up camera's watching over specifically my front lawn at all times, with audio recording. They also have been taking pictures of my kids as they leave the house, and take pictures of EVERY car they get into with license plate and all. Recently one of the neighbors threaten to get in a fight with both of my kids, both under aged minors. He also yelled and cussed at them asking if they wanted to "Throw Down".
