I had got pulled over and charged with a number of things that were not even worth a second glance during the day or a busy night (a case of being at the wrong place at the wrong time). The same thing had happened to 3 of my friends. I live in Yorba Linda CA where we share a police department with Brea. Oddly i was looking through our local news paper (OC Register) where i had found a article about debt of OC emergency services and police dept.debt. My city and brea had the most spending and the most cops on patrol for the square mileage of the two cities. While writing these tickets and hasseling the public. Crime around my house has risen! i have had my truck borken into twice, my friends grandparents were robbed at gun point(he has heard nothing from the police about the case) three months ago in there own home.
