Resolved Question: What is your opinion about Anaheim, CA?

Is there anyone who is currently living in Anaheim who could give me a good overall description of the quality of life. Please don't just say bad or good, explain what is good and what is bad. Some areas I am considering are Anaheim, Brea, Yorba Linda, and Fullerton. I will be renting an apartment for now. I can't seem to find an objective review of the area.
