A group of residents held a neighborhood rally to protest the erection of gates on an horse trail between the El Cajon main trail and Bastanchury Road in Yorba Linda. The trail has been open for 31 years with access for all, but the gates that are padlocked were installed by a family that owns a house on the trail.... read more
